ONLINE HOUSE SUMMARY
CHECKLIST
1. LOGIN TO YOUR HOUSE EMAIL
☐ Every house in South Carolina has a house email address. It will be the name of your house @oxfordhouse.us (for example: fortitude@oxfordhouse.us)
☐ Visit www.google.com/mail and login to your house email. If you personally use google for your email you will have to LOG OUT of your personal account and sign in to your oxford house email
**YOUR PASSWORD TO YOUR ACCOUNT IS: oxfordhouse (all lower case) – if you can’t get into your account you can text Jason Brand 843-274-0901 and let him know the name of your house and to reset your password**
ONCE LOGGED IN TO YOUR HOUSE EMAIL ACCOUNT VISIT:
This will open the house summary report and allow you to start entering data
2. ENTER YOUR DATA
☐ The system will ask a series of questions. Much of the data you will need is exactly the same to what you have on the written report.
☐ The data you can enter varies – some you will type, some you will choose yes/no responses, and some you click on pre-selected answers
☐ You must answer each question on each page with some value/entry before you are allowed to visit to the next page
3. COMMON PROBLEMS/FEARS
☐ Our house doesn’t have a computer?! That is FINE – anyone with a smart phone can do this. Follow the instructions above
☐ We can’t get into our account – the password doesn’t work?! That is FINE – see the above red text for getting your house email password reset
☐ It won’t let me pull up the link to do the summary? That is FINE – you first MUST log out of your personal account and switch over to your house account. ONLY the @oxfordhouse.us accounts are allowed access to the house summary reports!
☐ No one in our house knows how to use technology, help?! That is FINE – bring all your written data EARLY to the chapter meeting and get with another house or chapter officer to help you all through this process.
